LIMITED WARRANTY

hot n clean warranties its products to be free of defects, materials, and workmanship for a period of 90 days, from the original date of purchase. 

All products returned for warranty must be shipped prepaid, with the original invoice, and written description of the problem & with prior hot n clean AUTHORIZATION, hot n clean will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any part or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship. 

All return’s must be in the original unopened box, within 30 days of purchase.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY PRODUCT WHICH HAS BECOME INOPERATIVE DUE TO MISUSE, DIASSEMBLY, ACCIDENT, ALTERATIONS, OR IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED AS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS. hot n clean MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. hot n clean SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES, expenses OR INJURY ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY DEFECT IN ITS PRODUCTS OR FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING THERMAL KINETIC SHOCK

DISCLAIMER

The hot n clean Heated Windshield Washer Fluid Kit does not provide instantly heated fluid on a cold vehicle start-up.  Typically, the reservoir temperature will rise with engine coolant temperature.  Times will vary depending on reservoir fluid level and ambient temperature
